Growing and eating a diverse variety of plants leads to a healthier you. Our menu provides access to over 185 unique crops (remember, the global food system only depends on nine) which means more vitamins, minerals, and nutrients for you, too.

Don’t eat it if you can’t read it. Our food is built on real whole plants, primarily grown with sustainable farming methods, the way Mother Nature intended. There’s no gluten, dairy, gums, fillers, refined sugars, GMOs, or artificial ANYTHING up in our food.
FROZEN (FOR MANY REASONS)
We freeze our ingredients at peak ripeness, typically within 24 hours of harvest, to lock in flavor and nutrients, reduce food waste, and eradicate the need for additives or harmful preservatives. This way, our food is always ready when you are.
